Once an order has processed, we are unable to stop the shipment. However, returning a product for a refund is simple. The following products that can be returned so long as they are unopened (the safety seal is still fully in place) within 30 days of purchase:
- Radiant Cream Color
- Color Reviving Gloss
- Root Reboot
- Shampoo & Conditioner
- Light Works
- Toning Glaze
To return unopened products listed above, simply write “Return to Sender” or “Refused” on the unopened package and hand to your Postal Carrier or drop off at your local Post Office. Once received and processed, we will provide a refund.
If the product has already been opened from original packaging, simply repackage and ship to the below address. To ensure a refund, include a note with package identifying your order number.

If your order was delivered via FedEx, you can refuse the order upon delivery. However, you can still refuse delivery once the package has been delivered.
- Call customer service at 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339 and provide the customer service representative your tracking number
- A representative will either help schedule a pickup or direct you to a FedEx dropoff location to complete the return
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on the following products.
