To return an order that has shipped or been delivered to you, you are not required to contact us before doing so. Please see return instructions below. Please note that we do not provide return labels.
Returning a product for a refund is simple. The following products that can be returned so long as they are unopened (the safety seal is still fully in place) within 6 months of purchase:
- Radiant Cream Color
- Color Reviving Gloss
- Root Reboot
- Accessories
- Shampoo & Conditioner
- Light Works
- Toning Glaze
To return unopened products listed above, simply write “Return to Sender” or “Refused” on the unopened package drop off at your local Post Office. If you are unable to go to your post office, you can leave your package at your mailbox with“Return to Sender” or “Refused” written on it, and your mail carrier will bring it back to the post office for you. Once received and processed at our shipping facility, we will provide a refund.
If the product has already been opened from original packaging, simply repackage and ship to the below address. To ensure a refund, include a note with package identifying your order number.

If your order was delivered via FedEx, you can refuse the order upon delivery. However, you can still refuse delivery once the package has been delivered.
- Call customer service at 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339 and provide the customer service representative your tracking number
- A representative will either help schedule a pickup or direct you to a FedEx dropoff location to complete the return

- Root Touch Up Powder
