If you are looking to cancel your subscription due to a color issue, please reach out to us, we would love to make it right. If you need to cancel due to any personal option, here is how:
We want you to love your hair. If you don't—we can help you find a color that you do love. We would be delighted to have one of our licensed colorists consult with you about your color or your subscription. Simply call 1.866.817.0814 or use the live chat option in the lower right hand corner of the screen to connect with one of our colorists.
We would hate to see you go, but understand that circumstances may have changed. If you are still unhappy or are unable to use the product for another reason and wish to cancel, we want to make sure the process is simple.
On the Website:
Log in to Madison-Reed.com
Click on the "Subscriptions" tab to see all active subscriptions
- Next to the subscription you would like to cancel, click "More"
- Scroll down and click "Cancel subscription"
You will be prompted to enter a reason for cancellation before confirming the cancellation
You may reactivate your subscription at any time by going to the "Inactive Subscriptions" section in the "Subscriptions" tab.
On the Mobile App:
- Log into the Madison Reed Mobile App
- At the bottom of the screen there is a “Membership” Icon, tap on that
- If you have a Hair Color Subscription or Unlimited Roots Membership, it will appear on this screen.
- To cancel your subscription, scroll to the bottom and click ‘Cancel Subscription’
- You will be prompted to enter a reason for cancellation before confirming the cancellation
