Yes!* If you are in a Color Bar area with in-store pickup, you can select in-store pickup from your account.
*Please note: Color Bars do not carry any stock of Varese Blonde or Roma Blonde so these shades are not available for in store pick up.
On the Website:
- From your customer dashboard, select in-store pickup. From there you’ll be asked to select a location for pick up.
- Proceed through checkout, then wait until you receive your Order Confirmation email. You cannot set your subscription to be in-store pickup permanently. You will have to manually select this option in your customer dashboard each time you wish to pick up your subscription.
On the Mobile App:
- Log into the Madison Reed Mobile App
- At the bottom of the screen there is a “Membership” Icon, tap on that
- If you have a Hair Color Subscription or Unlimited Roots Membership, it will appear on this screen.
- From this screen you can manage your upcoming shipments by clicking on the appropriate icon at the top of the screen: Ship Now, Pick Up In Store, Edit Frequency or Postpone.
- To Pick Up in Store, click the icon at the top right of the screen.
- From there you will be taken to a screen to select the Hair Color Bar you would like to pick up your subscription from.
- Select your desired Hair Color Bar, it will turn purple
- Click the purple "Confirm" button at the top right of your screen
- You should see a green banner appear across the top of the page that says "You have successfully updated your subscription"
